Intrend Furniture started in a rented garage with one table saw and a promise: build things properly, or don't build them at all. Three decades later we're still a small workshop — bigger bench, same promise.

From standing timber to finished joinery, every piece passes through the same four hands.
We hand-pick air-dried boards for grain direction and character — no two pieces cut from the same story.
Rough stock is cut and planed, then shaped on the bench using templates refined over three decades.
Mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joinery — no screws, no staples, nothing hidden that will fail later.
Hand-rubbed oil is worked in over three coats, deepening the grain instead of masking it.
